THE NINTENDO WII

wii

Nintendo launched its latest games console, the wii, late last year. The nintendo wii joins the sony playstation 3 and the microsoft xbox 360 in the highly competitive games market.

The feature that makes the nintendo wii stand out is its motion sensitive controller. This wii controller, called the wii remote, replicates your actions on the display. The wii remote is fun to use especially when playing sports games.

When playing the tennis game the wii remote serves as your racket. You can hit the tennis ball using your racket. All you need to learn is the different positioning reqired to bit your computer opponent.

On the otherhand in the boxing game the wii remote serves as your gloves. You can now deliver punches to your computer opponent like never before. The wii remote can also be used in other games and the experience is great.

The nintendo wii is equiped with a built-in WI-FI which enables wireless connection. This also gives the nintendo wii multi player capability.

However, the nintendo wii lacks high definition(HD) capability. If you are looking for great digital storage or a fully featured game then the nintendo wii is not for you.

The nintendo wii is for you if all you need is a game and nothing more. The wii is recommended for beginner gamers.
